The beautiful Cumberland is loaded with available options, so be sure to take a moment to learn about all of its capabilities.
As you enter the front covered porch, you’ll be greeted by an 8ft glass door adorned with a charming gas-lit lantern. You’ll walk into a well-lit, formal foyer before transitioning into your open floor plan. The downstairs is standard with 10ft ceilings and 8ft doors, making each space feel elevated and elegant.
The living room is tucked behind the foyer to give you a sense of privacy. You’ll love how the dining area has been positioned separately in the front, giving you great visual connectivity to the park or streetscape. The dining has direct access from the kitchen and the foyer. *There is an option to convert the dining room into an office if you’d prefer.
Also, in the front on the main level, there is a designated office with great views of the park or streetscape. Elevation B expands this office by 6ft. The large kitchen will have views of the courtyard from the kitchen window and open connectivity to the living room.
The Cumberland’s covered patio not only opens up to a private sodded courtyard, but it also provides you extra backyard space (*If you don’t choose the 3rd car garage option). The Cumberland can expand your backyard usage by an est. 500 sq ft (Expanding your total yard to an est. 1500-2000 sq ft).
The very nicely sized primary bedroom is located in the rear of the main level, privately tucked away through a vestibule, and is over 240 sq ft in size. The primary bathroom comes with 6 configurations to choose from and the large walk-in closet is accessed from the primary bathroom.
As you go upstairs, you’ll be greeted by an airy, open bonus room. The Cumberland upstairs has 3 configuration options available depending on the elevation chosen:
The double-car garage access on the courtyard homes will come from the rear. The Cumberland provides a 3rd car garage option. Depending on the lot, there may be a 4th car parking pad option.
Courtyard homesites have been purposefully designed to provide 100% usage of one side of your homesite (The courtyard side) and 0% usage on your neighboring side (Your neighbor’s courtyard). In our courtyard floor plans, we strategically position the majority of windows, doors, and patios to connect to your courtyard.
